Since Spring 2023, work in the College of Fine Arts on the operational side of the music program: the materials, systems, and backstage work that let rehearsals and concerts run on time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, catalog, and archive scores, orchestral parts, choral materials, and rehearsal packets for the music library.
- Maintain schedules and plans in Planning Center Services with Admin/Editor access.
- Stage management and backstage production for the Commercial Music Showcase, DBU Rock Band, and DBU Jazz Band.
- Production support for concerts, galas, the Christmas Festival, and All-State Choir Camp.
- Event photography, video, and social media campaign assets for music programs.
